As part of our continued expansion, we are hiring four dynamic Sales Representatives to join our team. Ideal candidates are motivated professionals passionate about healthcare, relationship-building, and driving growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Outside Sales Account Executive based in Atlanta, GA, Columbus, GA, Macon, Georgia and Savannah, Georgia. The professional in this role will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying leads, generating new business opportunities, and managing existing accounts. The role involves scheduling and delivering compelling sales presentations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Ability to deliver impactful Sales Presentations and communicate effectively
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction strategies and relationship building
  • Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Account Management and client retention
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting software
  • Previous experience in the medical solutions industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Who We’re Looking For :

  • Proven Sales Performer : Consistent top 5% sales performance in pharmaceutical, or biotech sales.
  • Medical or Clinical Background Preferred : RN, PA, ARNP, Pharmacist (PharmD), or other relevant medical degree.
  • Established Relationships : Strong network with neurologists, psychiatrists, pain physicians, and other specialists across Georgia.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit : Independent, resourceful, and motivated to grow a territory and share in the success.
  • Strategic Thinker : Able to develop referral networks, solve problems creatively, and contribute to business expansion.
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Promote and drive referrals for specialty medical laboratory services.
  • Provide clinical insight and tailored solutions to healthcare providers and their patients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and support for prescribers and patients.
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to long-term strategy.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of industry trends, competitive products, and payer requirements.
  • What We Offer :
