Registered Nurse

Caprock Home Health is looking for a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients enrolled in the CLASS (Community Living Assistance and Support Services) program — through the AccrediMatch platform.

About the Role

As a PRN RN for CLASS, you will :

• Conduct in-home visits for CLASS clients
• Complete nursing assessments in accordance with CLASS program requirements
• Collaborate with CLASS personnel to ensure quality care
• Provide oversight, education, and ongoing evaluations for clients receiving personal assistance services

Location(s) :

Archer City, TX and Bowie, TX

Schedule :

Pay :
