We're a small, PT-owned clinic looking for a Physical Therapist who values one-on-one care, manageable caseloads, and real work-life balance. At Healdsburg Physical Therapy, our mission is to provide personalized, one-on-one care that empowers our clients to move better and feel better. Serving the Healdsburg community for over 50 years, we've built a reputation for excellence in rehabilitation and wellness. Under new ownership, we're growing and expanding our services, blending traditional physical therapy with a modern, patient-centered approach.

What We Offer

• $50–$65 / hr  (DOE)
• 9–14 patients / day – no double booking
• Paid charting time  built into schedule

Full time or part time Physical Therapist that is passionate about patient care and serving our special community. We're looking for a clinician with strong communication skills, a positive and team-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently with sound clinical judgment.
