A client of Insight Global is looking for a full-time Brand & Marketing Digital Designer to join their in-office team. This role blends graphic design, marketing creative, and cross-functional collaboration, perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, growth, and brand storytelling. You'll create high-performing visuals for paid campaigns, social media, packaging, and more, ensuring their brand remains cohesive, modern, and impactful across every touchpoint.
This is a full-time, permanent role offering competitive salary and benefits. This role is onsite in downtown Los Angeles 5x / week.
Core Responsibilities :
Graphic Design & Brand Development
- Wireframes using Figma for website landing pages
- Create & render brand assets across digital and print : social media posts, website banners, packaging, and marketing materials
- Produce ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and affiliate campaigns
- Design visual assets for landing pages, email templates, and customer flows
- Edit and lightly retouch product photography
- Maintain consistent brand identity and visual standards across all platforms
Marketing & Content Collaboration
Contribute to creative strategy by developing and reviewing creative briefsUse AI tools and personal interest in health and wellness to brainstorm hooks, visuals, and layouts for campaignsCollaborate with the social media team on organic and paid post designDesign and support influencer and affiliate materials (mockups, one-sheets, banners)Create influencer- or partner-specific landing pages and promotional assetsProduce short-form content graphics and assist with basic video editing for Reels and TikToksOrganize and maintain the digital asset library and brand style guideOperational & Cross-Functional Support
QA live pages to ensure all visuals are properly formatted and responsiveSupport presentations, investor decks, and partnership materialsContribute to packaging, unboxing, and print collateral designHelp coordinate and assist with photoshoots and content capture sessionsRequired skills and experience :
6+ years of experience in graphic designPrevious work experience in the direct-to-consumer health and wellness industryStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and FigmaFamiliarity with social media creative formats and performance marketing principlesBasic understanding of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent)Excellent organization skills and attention to visual detailMust be based in or able to commute to Los Angeles for in-office work
