Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, engineering, analytics, etc.) to enhance the customer journey.
• Optimize marketing flows across the subscription lifecycle, from acquisition to retention.
• Gather business requirements and identify key capabilities across marketing platforms.
• Develop and champion a best-in-class growth program in partnership with the Customer Lifecycle team.
• Create compelling presentations to communicate vision and strategy to leadership.
• Propose creative solutions to complex challenges, considering resource constraints.
• Prioritize key initiatives and drive roadmap execution across all functions.
• Measure, analyze, and optimize experiences based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Education :

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $94.50 to $105 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
