As a Director of Retail Operations, you drive revenue growth, maximize gross profit, and manage expenses to achieve AOP goals and strengthen EBITDA. You take a strategic, hands-on approach to ensuring operational excellence across your retail locations by developing talent, building scalable processes, and driving high performance. You foster a strong, positive culture rooted in accountability, teamwork, and Belle Tire's beliefs. By balancing daily operational demands with long-term strategic priorities, you deliver consistent execution, a premium customer experience, and continuous improvement

What You'll Do

Leadership & People Development

Work Environment

This position requires frequent travel across retail locations, including time spent in tire and automotive service environments. The role may require evenings, weekends, and overnight travel. Store visits involve exposure to shop environments, including noise, temperature variations, and physical activity, including lifting up to 75 pounds standing for extended periods.

Compensation

$165,000 - $180,000 (including salary and bonus)
