Oculus Health is actively looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse , to provide flexible and efficient nursing services in our Health Care facilities located in Norfolk, VA.

Rate : $36.00 / hour .

Available Shifts : 8HR | 3pm-11pm; 11pm- 7am

including every other weekend

Qualifications of a LPN :

LPN certification and CPR / BLS

Licensed to work as a LPN in VIRGINIA

Ability to build rapport with patients.

Compassionate and caring demeanor

Responsibilities of an LPN :

Licensed Practical Nurse will care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients

Licensed Practical Nurse will provide basic patient care and treatment

Licensed Practical Nurse will collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications

Licensed Practical Nurse will educate and update patients on medical treatments

VA LPN License

BLS / CPR

Valid IDs & Social Security Card

2 Reference Letters or names and numbers to call.

Physical, PPD / QuantiFERON, MMR, Flu Shot (Flu Season or option to decline), and Covid Vaccination Card, or Proof of exemption.
