• Part time ongoing schedule Monday - Friday
• Hours 8am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm with unpaid lunch
• 18 - 25 patients per day
• Well and sick visits required
• ADD / ADHD experience preferred but not required
• Flexibility highly preferred
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
