About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and research-driven Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical research team. In this role, you will play an essential part in conducting Phase 2–4 clinical trials , with a focus on metabolic conditions and GLP-1 therapies . You’ll collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive study visits, including physical exams, medical assessments, and protocol-specific procedures.
• Collaborate closely with Principal Investigators and research staff to ensure participant safety, compliance, and data accuracy.
• Educate, support, and guide participants throughout the study process, ensuring their comfort and understanding.
• Identify, document, and report adverse events in accordance with study protocols and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in source records and electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance study efficiency and participant satisfaction.
• Occasionally travel for audits, monitoring visits, or team meetings.
