Description

The A / V Technician provides post-sales support for audio visual integration, configuration, and commissioning, as well as escalated support for established A / V systems. The technician will visit sites during installations to verify and complete system integration, train customers, and close jobs. Maintaining existing customer systems is also part of the role, which can be virtual or on-site. Travel will be 70%-90%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, with excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Certifications : Infocomm (CTS minimum, CTS-D / I a plus), Crestron (DMC-E, DM-NVX, P201 or above), Biamp (TesiraForte), Shure (MXW and ISC), Dante (Audinate), QSC (Q-Sys level 1).
• Experience with videoconferencing endpoints (Cisco, Polycom, Lifesize).
• Experience with major AV equipment and CAD packages.
• Knowledge of AV cabling and connectors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently or in a team, with strict deadlines.
• Willingness to travel 50-75%, mainly within Oklahoma.
• Ability to pass background checks.
