About The Position

JWCH Institute, Inc. -

  • through Friday 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 PM | Extended hours available / Flexibility in scheduling available
  • Employed
  • Average Patients seen : 18 to 22 patients daily
  • Call Schedule : None
  • Loan Repayment

Compensation :

  • $260,000 to $280,000 based on experience

    • Additional Info : This Pediatric provider will evaluate, treat, and provide medical management of pediatric / adolescent patients in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer and pediatric care team. Responsibilities include direct patient care, staff consultation, training / mentoring of students and midlevel providers, coordination of assigned patient panels, quality assurance activities, participation in HEDIS / population health, and applying the AIDET communication model to improve outcomes and patient experience.

    Requirements :

  • Current / unrestricted CA Physician & Surgeon License
  • Current / unrestricted DEA Certificate
  • Current BLS / CPR (AHA / ARC)
  • Current / unrestricted NPI enrollment
  • Ability to travel site-to-site
  • Experience with diverse populations
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus
  • Board Certified preferred
