ASAP (Allied Staff Augmentation Partners) is hiring on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Associate to join a dynamic and growing team in Peoria, IL .

You’ll play an important role assisting customers with billing inquiries, service requests, and account updates — all while developing valuable skills in communication, systems navigation, and customer care.

Position Highlights :

• Start Date : January 5, 2026
• Location : Peoria, IL (Hybrid – 2 days in office every other week after training)
• Schedule : Monday–Friday, 10 : 45 AM–7 : 15 PM (no weekends)
• Training : 8 : 00 AM–4 : 30 PM, onsite for approximately 54 days (attendance required)
