Vitality NP Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our team!

Full time (30-40 hours) position open for a qualified NP in a skilled nursing facility in Wayne, NJ!

Responsibilities :

Assessment of all recent admissions and acute issues of both subacute and long-term care patients

Prevention of needless hospital transfers through early assessment and interventions

Communication and collaboration with primary care and specialists

Qualifications :

Previous RN experience - NEW NP GRADS WELCOMED!

Ability to work as an interdisciplinary team member

Good critical thinking / assessment skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written / verbal communication skills and computers

$120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year (BASE PAY + PRODUCTIVITY BONUS)
