Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $3,144 per week in Jefferson, NC

This is a 12-hour night shift position from 7 PM to 7 AM. Floating to MedSurg, CNA, secretary, and helping hands is required but not mandatory. Weekend work will be determined by departmental needs. The unit has approximately 100 births annually, making it less busy but it does encounter higher acuity and high-risk cases. Registered nurses will provide care for both mothers and babies. Experience in labor and delivery is crucial due to the unique demands of this department. Strong skills in fetal heart monitoring and the ability to handle high-acuity cases are essential. Candidates must be comfortable with floating to other units based on skill sets and patient census. Two manager / supervisor references from within the past 12 months are preferred. Candidates cannot work more than 5 consecutive days or 60 hours per week.
