Job descriptionDietary Compliance : Prepare meals according to residents' care plans, ensuring adherence to specific dietary restrictions (e.g., low-sodium, diabetic-friendly, texture-modified diets). Meal Service : Plate and serve meals to residents, either in the dining room or in their rooms, always serving with a smile. Special Diets & Preferences : Set up meal trays for special diets and individual preferences, ensuring residents enjoy meals that meet their unique needs. Cleanliness & Hygiene : Maintain a clean and safe environment by sanitizing kitchen equipment, dining areas, and utensils per strict safety and hygiene standards. Team Collaboration : Assist with dishwashing, cleaning surfaces, and removing trash while maintaining a friendly and cooperative atmosphere. Resident Interaction : Serve residents with kindness and respect, always attentive to their needs, requests, and feedback. Educational Requirements : High school diploma or GED required. Qualities We Value : Patience, empathy, and a genuine care for the well-being of our residents. Physical Requirements : Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 25 lbs. Team Player : Comfortable with bending, reaching, pushing carts, and performing various kitchen tasks.
