Autonomous Rheumatology Practice in Hospital-Supported Setting

California

Position Highlights :

Work-Life Balance : 100% Outpatient practice (inpatient consults at your discretion, no call)
Desirable Practice Setting : State of the art clinics and in house infusion center
Culture & Support, Support & Networking : Strongly supportive administration to help establish your practice and support you in offering care to your patients

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive Compensation : $300k+ guaranteed salary, plus strong production incentives

Generous Performance Bonus : RVU model and lack of local competition makes for earnings potential in the $500k range

Sign-On Bonus : Generous signing bonus and relocation assistance available

Student Loan Repayment Assistance : Up to 100k in student loan repayment

Qualifications :

Degree : MD / DO

Certifications : Board certified or eligible in Rheumatology

Licensure : California license or willing to obtain

Experience : Graduating fellows and experienced physicians both encouraged to apply
