Qualifications :

• years of experience serving as a Scrum Master for software development teams actively applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
• Proven accountability for end-to-end delivery , collaborating with cross-functional and dependent teams to build and execute project plans.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks , with the ability to apply the right methodology (, Scrum, Kanban) based on team needs and business context.
• Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to engage effectively across all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
• Strong grasp of servant leadership and Agile coaching fundamentals : facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, team empowerment, and transparency.
• Capable of bridging communication gaps between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership through tailored messaging and influence.
