Property Maintenance Technician

Are you handy, reliable, and ready to take pride in keeping properties in top shape? Our client is hiring a Property Maintenance Technician to join their team in Sioux Falls, SD !

What You’ll Do :

General property upkeep and grounds keeping
Mowing , landscaping, and exterior maintenance
Light electrical and plumbing repairs
Communicate professionally with tenants and respond to maintenance needs
Any other duties are tasks that may be asked of you

Schedule : Monday – Friday | 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM Pay : $20 / hour

Requirements :

Solid customer service and communication skills

Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
