Hematology / Oncology - Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA)

Job Summary

This role provides compassionate, patient-centered care as a Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Practice Provider within a hematology / oncology setting. Under physician guidance, this position delivers direct clinical support, manages a variety of hematology cases, and assists with infusion protocols. The provider plays a key role in coordinating individualized treatment plans—including chemotherapy and immunotherapy—to support improved patient outcomes and quality of life.

Essential Job Functions

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history, physical exams, and diagnostic test orders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Collaborate with oncologists to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and expectations.
• Manage straightforward hematology cases and support infusion protocols.
• Diagnose, test, and treat patients within the provider’s scope of practice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
