Customer Service Representative

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative, Annuity Inforce Processing (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Process IGO and NIGO cases accurately while adhering to service and regulatory standards

Analyze case complexity and determine appropriate routing for requests

Resolve inquiries from customers and financial associates efficiently, documenting all communications

Required Qualifications

High school diploma required; college degree preferred

One to three years of customer service or financial service industry experience preferred

Proficiency in office computer software, including email, word processing, and spreadsheets required
