    Image & Video + Service Coordinator

    Job Description

    Reports to : Sales & Finance Manager

    Overview : Are you a go-getter who can snap a clean photo and answer phones like a pro? NC Trailers is hiring a full time Image & Video + Service Coordinator to support both our marketing efforts and help answer customer phone calls. This role is split between capturing high-quality product content for trailers, truck beds, and parts — and answering inbound calls to connect our customers with the information or team member they are looking for.

    Key Responsibilities :

    Product Photography & Videography

  • ? Capture photos and videos of trailers, truck beds, accessories, and service jobs.
  • ? Edit and upload media to product listings, website, and social media platforms.
  • ? Keep a clean, labeled digital photo library for marketing and sales use.
  • ? Identify products missing images and update listings accordingly.
  • ? Create engaging social content — images, reels, and short-form video clips.
  • Customer Service Associate

  • ? Answer phones in a professional and helpful tone.
  • ? Route calls to the correct team member or department.
  • ? Help customers with basic info : hours, services, inventory, and directions.
  • ? Log and email messages from vendors and suppliers to the right people.
  • ? Keep the customer-facing area clean, organized, and fully stocked (coffee, cups, etc.)
  • ? Support team communication and process improvement efforts.
  • Requirements :

    Skills & Experience

  • ? Comfortable talking to customers on the phone and in-person.
  • ? Able to stay calm and kind with upset or frustrated callers.
  • ? Basic computer skills : email, spreadsheets, file organization.
  • ? Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook).
  • ? Basic photo / video editing skills or willingness to learn.
  • Physical Requirements

  • ? Walk our 6 acre gravel lot, including hills, in hot and cold weather.
  • ? Lift and open trailer gates / ramps (up to 40 lbs)
  • ? Work both indoors and outdoors in heat and cold.
  • Licensing

  • ? Must have NC Dealer License or be willing to obtain it.

  • Preferred But Not Required :

  • ? Photography experience including audio and lighting setup.
  • ? Customer service or receptionist experience.
  • ? Phone system knowledge (transferring calls, taking messages).
  • ? Prior content creation experience or social media management.
  • ? Video editing or reel creation experience

  • ? Quality of content captured and performance of social media content.

  • Store Hours : Monday - Friday : 9 : 00-5 : 30, Saturday : 9 : 00-2 : 00

    Work Hours : Assigned to work 2-4 days per week M-S.
