About this role :

ALC in Kennesaw has an opportunity for a Building Automation Systems (BAS) Retail / Industrial Operations Manager.

The BAS Retail / Industrial Operations Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for the end-to-end execution and financial performance of operations.

The BAS Retail / Industrial Operations Manager oversees the entire process, from order entry and construction project management to installation and field labor management. A key part of the role is driving operational efficiencies, controlling project scope, and managing the schedule and costs to ensure financial goals are met, including expense management and tracking. Beyond internal control, the BAS Operations Manager is tasked with generating business advantage and growing profits by executing strategic account management and collaborating with Owners, General Contractors, Mechanical and Electrical contractors to enhance the reputation and visibility of ALC's controls products and service offerings, ultimately ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The BAS Retail / Industrial Operations Manager will work onsite at Kennesaw and travel up to 25% within the USA & globally.

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Leadership & Performance :

• Direct and lead day-to-day operational teams to meet and exceed planned deliverables while managing a high volume of concurrent tasks.
• Ensure operational excellence and achievement of the operations plan within the assigned geographic area.
• Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring the organization meets or exceeds customer and sales goal expectations.
• Manage resource allocation, reallocating personnel as needed to improve overall results and project delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate with national operations leaders and other internal areas to leverage best practices and align with company objectives.
• Administer, communicate, and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
