Job description

Shift : Night 1x8-Hour (22 : 00 - 06 : 30)

Description :

LTC LPNs are needed for per diem at Providence Mother Joseph Care Center!

Applications will be sent to Clinical Review. Please ensure all applications are correct and updates. Previous staff, travelers, agency flips will be sent to the facility for approval. Expect 48 hour turnaround time.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years of recent experience in similar LTC setting
  • Must be comfortable working TCU / Sub-Acute and LTC.
  • BLS (AHA)
  • Active WA License
  • References covering one year of employment within the last three years. 2 references (minimum of 1 supervisor) required at time of submission.

Orientation Details

  • 1st Day Orientation - Available bi-weekly Monday, 0800 to 1630
  • 2 Floor Orientations

    • Shift Details

  • NOC, 2200 to 0630 - Client appreciates clinicians that are flexible with variable shifts.
  • Weekend Availability Required. Clinician will need to be available for a minimum of 4 weekend shifts / month.
