Job Description :

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of SNF experience and be proficient in Rehab Optima (Net Health) . This role focuses on evaluating, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans to help patients improve communication, cognition, and swallowing abilities.
