Equipment Manager

Location : Boston, MA

Reports to : Director of Soccer Operations

The Role

The Equipment Manager oversees all aspects of team equipment operations to ensure players and staff have the tools, gear, and resources necessary for optimal performance. This role is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all team apparel, uniforms, training gear, and related equipment for all team activities. The Equipment Manager plays a critical role in supporting team logistics and upholding professional standards that align with NWSL regulations and the club's values.

Key Responsibilities

Team Equipment Operations

• Manage daily setup and breakdown for all training sessions, including gear, field equipment, and other technical equipment.
• Prepare locker rooms and technical areas for home and away matches according to league and club standards.
• Pack, transport, and secure all team gear and supplies for travel.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all team-issued apparel, footwear, and equipment.
• Oversee laundry operations to ensure timely cleaning, drying, and distribution of gear.
• Coordinate with team and league vendors on kit orders, printing, and compliance with NWSL uniform regulations.

The pay range for this role is :

60,000 - 90,000 USD per year(Boston)
