New : Nephrology (Partnership) Opportunity near Jacksonville, Florida!!

Very desirable Coastal Florida location within 45 minutes of downtown Jacksonville.

Seeking Board Certified / Board Eligible Nephrologist.

Joining an established Single specialty group; 30% hospital and 70% office. Dialysis is across the street from the practice.

2 satellite locations nearby (rotations through each practice). Imaging and labs are sent out.

Position Available due to additional business, and will transition into partnership for a retiring physician.

Joining 2 other Nephrology physicians, each provider has access to 3-4 rooms.

Call will be 1 : 3.

Office Hours are : M-F; physicians typically practice 4 days in the office.

Description of practice : office based and hospital rounds; practice some Internal Medicine as well.

Payor Mix : approximately 50% Medicare and 50% commercial.

Patient Volume : 15-20 / day in the office.

Competitive Salary plus 50% after overhead covered.
