Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our world-class Global Learning & Development team on a contract basis to focus on building and launching our Digital Assets Academy. The Program Coordinator will play a key role in the administration, coordination, and evaluation of Learning & Development programs that build capability and drive engagement across our global organization.

This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the global L&D team in planning, scheduling, and delivering training programs and other learning initiatives.
  • Manage program logistics, including participant communications, enrollment, materials preparation, and vendor coordination.
  • Track and monitor program progress and deliverables, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Collect and analyze performance data to measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain learning management systems (LMS) data accuracy and generate reports for key stakeholders.
  • Assist in the creation of presentations, dashboards, and summaries that communicate program results and insights.
  • Partner with global and regional L&D colleagues to ensure consistent implementation of programs and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or other related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated interest in learning and development, organizational effectiveness, or talent management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with data analysis or learning systems a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working across global teams and time zones.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a learner's mindset.
