HHA / PCA Requirements & Key Responsibilities :
- Must possess a New York State HHA or PCA Certificate
- Limited availability for sponsored certification courses in select areas
- Compliance with New York state credentialing requirements for HHA or PCA roles
- Bilingual candidates are a PLUS
- Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Prepare meals tailored to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help clients with daily living activities
- Open to working with clients from diverse backgrounds and abilities
