• Maintain quality products and cleanliness standards, ensuring that all food and beverages meet Pizza Hut's high standards.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to achieve business objectives.
