Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care (Full-Time)

About the Role :

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team in Oregon. This is a full-time position in a well-supported, patient-focused outpatient setting.

New graduate NPs are welcome to apply! Structured onboarding and mentorship provided.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide high-quality primary care to patients across the lifespan (Family NP) or adult / geriatric populations (Adult NP)

Conduct exams, order labs / imaging, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated care

Emphasize preventive care and patient education

Schedule & Setting :

Full-time, outpatient role

Monday–Friday, no weekends or call

Collaborative, team-based environment

Requirements :

Licensed or eligible for Nurse Practitioner licensure in Oregon

Certified as Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-C)
