This facility averages about 200 annual deliveries and uses an EMR system that is still to be determined. Hospitalists typically handle 13 or more patient encounters per day and perform 14 deliveries on average. The NICU is Level 1, and MFM is not on-site. Board-eligible candidates are accepted, and hospitalists are also expected to provide GYN coverage.
