Salary : The budgeted salary range for the position is $345,000 to $370,000. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience, while also considering internal equity.

Position Summary :

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) is seeking a board-certified / board-eligible Gynecologic Oncologist to join our Division of Gynecologic Oncology. The ideal candidate must demonstrate clinical expertise in advanced surgical interventions and competency in prescribing chemotherapy. Academic rank and track will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Provide inpatient and outpatient care for patients with gynecologic malignancies, including diagnosis, surgical management, and chemotherapy administration.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary oncology teams with radiation oncology, medical oncology, pathology, and other specialties to deliver integrated patient care.
• Participate in the education, training, and supervision of medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Engage in clinical research, clinical trials, and scholarly activities that advance gynecologic oncology.
• Participate in departmental and university committees and contribute to program development.
• Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
