Our client is looking for a proactive, strategic Relationship Manager to help advisory firms and RIAs get the most value out of their platform. This is not a support role in the traditional sense — it’s a strategic, client-facing position where you’ll work closely with partners to drive adoption, deliver measurable results, and build relationships that grow stronger over time. Responsibilities :
- Managing the full post-sale lifecycle for advisory clients — from onboarding to ongoing support and growth.
- Leading strategic planning sessions to define success metrics and ensure alignment with client goals.
- Driving engagement by encouraging adoption of new features and best practices across the platform.
- Acting as an internal advocate for your clients, sharing feedback and insights with Product, Operations, and other teams.
- Helping firms navigate major changes like custodian transitions, team restructuring, and platform enhancements.
- Monitoring client health, proactively resolving issues, and ensuring retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve the client experience and service delivery.
Qualifications :
5+ years in client-facing roles within fintech, advisor services, or wealth managementStrong understanding of RIA operations and investment management platformsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to guide strategic conversationsExperience managing multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environmentA solutions-oriented mindset and a collaborative working styleBonus : Prior experience with custodial transitions, CFP certification, or Series 6 / 7 licensesBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience is required.
