Responsibilities

Pediatrix Medical Group is hiring a BC / BE Neonatologist to join our dedicated team at Arnot Ogden Medical Center, a Level III NICU in the heart of New York's Finger Lakes region.

This is an ideal role for a physician who is passionate about community-focused care—whether you're looking to establish roots or prefer a block schedule with commuting flexibility. With a strong hospital partnership and access to pediatric subspecialties, you'll thrive in a collaborative environment committed to delivering exceptional newborn care.

Position Highlights :

Eight 24-hour in-house shifts per month

Option to cover transport call from home

20-bed Level III NICU with robust nursing and specialist support

Approximately 300 annual NICU admissions, with referrals from surrounding counties

Regional perinatal center with MFM support and advanced services, including HFOV

Strong, collegial relationship with hospital leadership and staff

J-1 visa sponsorship available

Benefits and Compensation

Compensation Range : $225,000 to $295,000 based on years of experience.
