We're seeking a Pipe Foreman in Spring Hill, FL to supervise and install a range of vital infrastructure projects, including water systems, sewer lines, storm drains, and more. The Pipe Foreman will be at the forefront of ensuring top-notch productivity, safety, and compliance throughout the construction process. From laying out to assembling and installing underground utilities, this position plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects that benefit our communities. We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.

The starting hourly pay is $25.00-$30.00 per hour depending on experience. Candidates with enough industry experience may be able to negotiate a higher starting rate. We offer 100% paid on-the-job training!
