Advanced Practice Provider (NP), Lifestyle Health Lahey Hospital and Medical Center, Beth Israel Lahey Health

Lahey Hospital and Medical Center, a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is currently searching for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Lifestyle Health : Weight Loss and Wellness team. The interdisciplinary team (consisting of physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health providers, and registered dieticians) uses a collaborative approach to develop a health and wellness plan for adult patients.  Our approach includes a comprehensive medical evaluation, nutritional counseling, and behavioral consults. The Lifestyle Health Membership provides patients access to a wide range of educational programs, cooking demos, recipes, and more.

Schedule :

• Full time (40 hours / week)
• Hybrid Position : 1-2 days in person, telemedicine
• Monday - Friday (to be determined)
• No call coverage or weekend coverage required
