The Executive Director, Enterprise Sports Sponsorship Strategy and Activation, serves as the Enterprise authority on sports sponsorship strategy, portfolio design, and activation. This leader is responsible for shaping the long-term sponsorship vision into disciplined execution that maximizes brand equity and business value. This leader will bring significant industry depth expertise in evaluating sponsorship opportunities, negotiating and managing complex partnerships, building activation and go-to-market strategies and plans, and structuring and managing governance practices for a major brand. The Executive Director will stand up and lead the Enterprise Sports Sponsorships practice end-to-end from strategy development through execution, measurement, and reporting, ensuring enterprise sponsorship investments are aligned, optimized, and strongly leveraged across the company. The ideal candidate for this role will blend their expertise in sports sponsorship strategy with experience in corporate leadership, and exceptional project management to enable CVS Health to operate a world-class sports sponsorship practice.

The typical pay range for this role is : $131,500.00 - $303,195.00
