BIM Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bim Specialist to support the execution of BIM and VDC processes across multiple projects in design and construction phases. In this role, you will leverage advanced modeling software to create, manage, and coordinate project models. You will work directly with project managers, design teams, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure digital workflows enhance project delivery and meet quality standards. This position is an in office position 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead model development and coordination using Revit and Navisworks for commercial plumbing systems
• Perform clash detection, constructability reviews, and model validation
• Integrate point cloud data from 3D scans into BIM workflows for accurate as-built documentation and coordination
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support VDC strategies for planning, logistics, and construction sequencing
• Maintain and enforce modeling standards, templates, and best practices in line with company and project-specific requirements
• Support the deployment of new VDC technologies and provide mentorship to junior staff and interns
