We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate to support our global hiring and help secure top talent for Reliance Health's growth. In this role, you will specialize in sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations, working closely with hiring teams and division leaders. The ideal candidate is data-driven, skilled in modern sourcing techniques, and adept at using recruitment technologies to deliver a seamless candidate experience and high-quality hires.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate, you will do the following :

• Execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across multiple markets, using advanced search techniques and networking.
• Partner with hiring teams to define role requirements, screen candidates, and manage structured interview processes.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear, timely, and engaging communication throughout the recruitment journey.
• Support data-driven recruitment by tracking and analyzing metrics, generating reports, and providing insights to improve efficiency and quality of hires.
• Optimize recruitment tools and technology (ATS, sourcing platforms, CRM) to enhance workflows and candidate management.
