Executive Assistant, Talent Relations (Disney Entertainment Television)
The Disney Entertainment Television Talent Relations team is seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support the SVP of Talent Relations. This is a fast-paced, high-trust role requiring sharp judgment, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellence.
The ideal candidate should feel comfortable acting as an administrator in a professional setting, maintaining strict confidentiality standards, and representing the department to the broader organization and external stakeholders. They will need to be detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to balance multiple high-priority projects with tight deadlines. They should present as professional, have a positive attitude, and be consistently prepared and responsive. Candidates must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $59,600 to $79,800 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and / or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
