About The Position We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Cardiologist for a locum tenens assignment in New York. This opportunity begins on Jan 5, 2026, and spans 20 days, with a Monday through Friday schedule split between clinic and hospital settings and no call responsibilities. Job Details Location : New York Start Date : Jan 5, 2026 LOA : 20 days Provider Type Needed : Cardiologist Schedule : Monday to Friday, hospital and testing reads 8 : 30am-12pm; clinic 12 : 30pm-5pm; two weeks per month Responsibilities and Duties Split time between clinic and hospital, working half days Monday through Friday In the clinic, see 15 to 18 patients per day with scribe support Perform treadmill stress tests, nuclear medicine stress tests, echo stress, Holter monitoring, EKGs, and echocardiograms Conduct hospital rounds and manage approximately 35 consults per week No call or emergency department coverage required Additional Information Must hold an active New York medical license Board certification or eligibility in General Cardiology required Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
