The Territory Supervisor will oversee our team of part-time and full-time employees in each location, offer support to location managers on daily basis - Total number of locations : 6

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Visit each location and make sure the location is Clean , Organized , Sales associates and managers in Uniform.
• Search for new employees ( Managers & Sales Associates )
• Train new employees as per the company's Training Material & Guidelines
• Motivate all team members to deliver friendly, efficient and effective customer service
• Reinforce all safety and compliance procedures
• Ensure top notch customer service through effective employee training and scheduling
• Review and maintain inventory procedures
• Develop and manage proper stocking and inventory procedures with location managers
• Oversee the schedule in each location
