Being a member of our Consulting team means you will specialize in a particular competency - Risk, Technology Consulting, or IT Risk & Assurance. Our Technology Consulting team is focused on helping clients improve operational efficiency and security, while also reducing costs and managing risk.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Thai-speaking Senior Consultant / Manager for Technology Consulting practice with experience in SAP S / 4HANA & ECC FI-CO, with 5-15 years of experience in Finance business processes and technology (minimum 5 years of Consulting / Professional Services background).

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities across typical phases of an SAP project :

Analyze Phase :

Understand client business models, requirements, and pain points.
Develop a plan to drive the project execution aligned with the transformation program's vision.

Design Phase :

Explain best practices to clients.

Challenge clients respectfully and advise against unnecessary customization in SAP.

Conduct workshops across all finance processes and communicate clearly.

Assist clients in making key design decisions (e.g., common vs. decentralized chart of accounts).

Propose SAP or non-SAP solutions based on industry experience.

Prepare deliverables like blueprint documentation, impact assessments, Fit / Gap analysis, and obtain sign-offs.

Build Phase :

Educate clients on SAP configuration requirements.

Perform SAP configurations.

Create functional design documents and coordinate with developers.

Assist in unit testing and system integration testing (SIT).

Test Phase :

Develop test scripts and scenarios with key finance users.

Obtain sign-offs for test scripts.

Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Identify defects and coordinate with developers for resolution.

Training Phase :

Develop understandable training materials.

Conduct large-scale user training sessions.

Communicate confidently and clearly during training.

Data Migration :

Formulate data strategies for master and transactional data.

Support data cleansing and transformation activities.

Deployment :

Advise on cutover activities.

Post Go-live Support :

Provide first-level support through the first month-end close.

Skills And Attributes For Success

Must Have skills (at least 40% from the list) :

Enterprise structure design / Finance Master data

General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable

Asset Accounting, Product Costing

Statutory reporting, Tax, Treasury

Profitability Analysis / Management Reporting

Cross-functional understanding with PP, MM, SD

Good to Have skills :

Consolidation & Elimination (SAP Group reporting or others)

FP&A (SAP Analytics Cloud, BPC, etc.)

Account Reconciliations (Blackline, High Radius)

Allocations (PaPM)

Advanced statutory reporting (Workiva, SAP ACR)
