About The Position

Full Time
schedule | 35 patient hours a week | Four-day work week optional for full-time | NO weekends or evenings.

Average Patients seen : 18 to 20 patients a day
Loan Repayment

Compensation : - Salary range : $236,000.00 to $241,000

Retention bonus

Guaranteed 2.5% minimum annual salary increase

Required :

Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from an accredited school of medicine

Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana

Completion of an accredited Residency Program

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible (New Graduates are welcome to apply)

Commitment to the mission of Indiana Health Centers, Inc.

Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH
