Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented logistics coordinator with hands-on experience managing international import and export operations. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of global shipping, customs regulations, and end-to-end supply chain coordination.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate international shipments, ensuring compliance with all import / export documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with customs brokers, carriers, and freight forwarders to track shipments, resolve delays, and guarantee timely deliveries.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, and export declarations.
• Oversee the scheduling of inbound and outbound shipments and manage logistics routing to minimize costs and optimize delivery timelines.
• Communicate proactively with vendors and internal teams regarding shipment status, inventory levels, and problem resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and oversee inventory reconciliation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance international logistics efficiency.
