Overview

Position : Advanced Practice Provider (APN / PA) - Cranial Neurology

Location : NCH Hospital, 800 W Central Rd, Arlington Heights 60005

Hours : Full-Time, 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday, rotating weekends; Rotating Call, including weekends and holidays

Travel : N / A

What You Will Need

• License : Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
• Education : Completion of Master\'s level program in specialty area
• Certification : BLS / CPR certification required
• Experience : Prior APN / PA experience preferred
