Recovery & Resolution Planning Manager

As a Recovery and Resolution Planning Manager , you will be a be a member of the Finance function and would be responsible for leading the resolution and recovery planning effort ("living will"), including industry practices, to meet evolving regulatory expectations. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Development, this individual would lead the resolution planning program office, including the central team, workstreams, key SME's and governance (steering group and committees), and work in partnership with all facets of the organization that will be critical to the recovery and resolution of the bank.

How you'll spend your time :

• In conjunction with the Director of Corporate Development; formulate and communicate the policies, procedures, and processes for the Resolution Planning Program and stress testing, providing supporting analysis to senior management and the Board as well as board-appointed committees
• Interact with regulators to understand expectations and answer questions related to the submission, proactively address plan deficiencies
• Design an annual resolution project calendar to ensure alignment with key stakeholders and ensure adherence to required reviews and submissions
• Define key messages and draft the Executive Summary and additional chapters of the Plan
• Coordinate and orchestrate with others who own chapters of the Plan
• Prepare overview materials for Senior Leadership and Board to facilitate review and approval
• Interact regularly with senior regulatory officials in multiple agencies (FDIC and FRB) to review and respond to questions regarding the Resolution Plan
• Building the capabilities for the new Resolution Planning Office, including set up of key routines, creating templates
• Create key governance protocols along with key metrics to support ongoing monitoring and triggers leading to management actions
• Ensure resolution planning is embedded and integrated into business-as-usual processes and structures
• Other duties as assigned

99,750.00 - $214,370.00
