Bilingual Customer Support Representative

A company is looking for a Customer Service / Tech Support Representative - Media (Bilingual : English / Portuguese) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Provide inbound customer support in the customer's preferred language

Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products

Track, document, and retrieve information in databases

Required Qualifications

Fluency in both Portuguese and English

3+ years of customer service experience

Technical support experience preferred

A high school diploma or GED

Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address
