Client Solutions Specialist

DESCRIPTION The ideal incumbent for the Client Solutions Specialist position will possess very strong Excel skills, reporting and data analysis skills, writing skills, as well as project coordination and management experience. RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Functions of this position + Act as supporting point of contact with client, maintain relationships and assist with strategic planning. + Help manage execution of all client-specific initiatives working cross-departmentally. + Compile and analyze weekly program results; utilize information to provide continued development of program efficiencies. + Work with leaders to develop and manage field performance measurement tools (scorecard, reports, key performance indicators, etc.). + Online set-up of call reports and scheduling.
