The Opportunity : General Manager (San Francisco)

We’re seeking an experienced General Manager to lead financial performance, operational execution, and strategic growth at our San Francisco aerospace manufacturing site. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in high-accountability environments and understands the rigor of aerospace production.

You’ll Oversee

• Full ownership of accounting, payroll, cash management, and inventory controls
• Financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Leadership of the Finance & Administration function
• Policies, internal controls, and compliance for AS9100, ITAR, and EAR
• Cross‑functional alignment with Materials, Program Management, and Operations
• Continuous improvement initiatives using PDCA and Lean principles
• On‑time delivery, cost discipline, and site‑level growth initiatives
